Enjoy the peace of mind of knowing you are fully protected if your plans change or the unexpected happens. You are insured for up to €570,000 when travelling on public transport booked using your card. Inconvenience benefits insurance protects you when travelling on scheduled flights booked using your card – please see details in your personal “American Express Corporate Card –insurance benefits terms and conditions” booklet or in the insurance section on www.americanexpress.de/willkommen.

24/7 Online Account Access
Manage Your Card Account is a complimentary online management tool that enables Cardmembers to access their American Express accounts anytime, anywhere Internet access is available. With Manage Your Card Account, Cardmembers are able to conveniently:
- Track expenses and reconcile charges
- Access and download statements
- Complete expense reports
The AMEX Mobile App
The American Express Mobile app allows Cardmembers to easily and conveniently:
- View statements and activity
- Make payments, if needed
- Reduce risk with instant fraud alerts
Security by PIN
Your card uses chip and PIN technology for added security. Instead of signing the bill when purchasing an item, you will be asked for your PIN (more and more stores are upgrading their systems). You can view your PIN on your online account at www.americanexpress.de/konto-online.
If you applied for a card online, you will have been asked to choose your own PIN. If you submitted a paper application, your PIN is chosen randomly and cannot be changed. In this case, the PIN will be sent to you by post separately to the card.

Global Assist is a worldwide American Express Service to support Cardmembers in an emergency.

Replacement Card
Please notify us if your Corporate Card is lost, stolen or broken by calling customer services on +49 (0)69 9797 1000. In the case of an emergency, we normally send you a replacement card within 48 hours. Please note that emergency replacement cards are not equipped with chip and PIN technology. Our customer services team will ask you whether you want to opt for the free emergency replacement card and whether you would also like to order a standard replacement card (with a chip) at the same time.
