If you have general questions about your Corporate Card (e.g. transactions/change of address etc.), please call the telephone number on the back of the card (usually 0800 900 940).
Please note:
When you first contact customer service by telephone, you will be asked (for security reasons/for identification purposes) to select a 4-digit number combination (telephone ident code). To make it easier to remember this four-digit number combination, you will be offered the option of selecting "Mother's or father's date of birth", for example. This number combination is used for identification (in addition to other questions) and can be changed by you (in a personal conversation with customer service) after answering other verification questions.
Security advice:
Please do not use a number combination with numbers from your personal date of birth.

Global Assist Hotline:
Global Assist - our worldwide German-language information service - provides you with telephone assistance 24 hours a day, almost anywhere in the world. Abroad, Global Assist will give you important addresses such as lawyers, doctors or opticians. Or prescriptions, medication or contact lenses can be forwarded to you and, in emergencies, up to EUR 1,000 can be provided. In urgent cases, Global Assist will notify your relatives.
