Your company has signed a contract with American Express. Employees who travel for business reasons can apply for a fee-free American Express Corporate Green Card (= Corporate Card).

Red Bull's travel guidelines recommends using the Corporate Card as the form of payment on business trips - it takes priority over cash and private credit cards. The main reason for this is the protection when you are travelling. You can also access emergency services, and the extended payment period of 28 days after the invoice is issued offers you enough time to settle your travel expenses.
