Is direct debit still active for your card? If you are traveling for business again after a long break and using your card: A SEPA direct debit mandate loses its validity after 36 months without a direct debit. In this case you have to transfer the outstanding amount. Or: You issue a new direct debit mandate using the form (www.amex.de/sepa (see "Bankverbindung").
