Manage Your Card Account is a complimentary online management tool that enables Cardmembers to access their American Express accounts anytime, anywhere Internet access is available. With Manage Your Card Account, Cardmembers are able to conveniently. You can access the tool via www.americanexpress.de. If you are visiting this webpage the first time you are able to register and choose your username and password. Following information will be available within "Manage Your Card Account":

• Track expenses and reconcile charges
• Access and download statements
• Complete expense reports
• Receive SMS or mail alerts
• View and change your PIN
• Use the currency calculator ant ATM locator
• Communicate with our customer service team via secure email connection
• Download the Amex DE APP

The American Express Mobile app allows Cardmembers to easily and conveniently:

• Make payments, if needed
• Reduce risk with instant fraud alerts

The American Express Corporate Card should be used within the financial potential of the Corporate Card Member. If there is no agreement with you or your company in regards to a spend limit, the Corporate Card has generally no spend limit. Pay your bills till 50€ contactless - that makes payments more comfortable and faster. Just hold your contactless Corporate Card in front of the terminal. All advantages and participating merchants can be found online.

Your card uses chip and PIN technology for added security. Instead of signing the bill when purchasing an item, you will be asked for your PIN (more and more stores are upgrading their systems). You can view your PIN on your online account at www.americanexpress.de/konto-online.

If you applied for a card online, you will have been asked to choose your own PIN. If you submitted a paper application, your PIN is chosen randomly and cannot be changed. In this case, the PIN will be sent to you by post separately to the card.

Just calming: We notify you via SMS and/or email if we recognize unusual transactions. By abuse of your Corporate Card or Corporate Card number you are completely secured.

You benefit from prolonged payment terms of 28 days. This gives you a few weeks on average to complete your travel costs claim form and get reimbursed from your employer before you need to pay off your balance. Using your Corporate Card means that you do not have to use your own cash when on business trips.

We are entitled to demand late penalties if you fall into default with your payment. We charge flat-rate fees and interest penalties as set forth in the  guide to fees and benefits.

Professional and dedicated customer support is always just a phone call away to assist with billing enquires, replacement Card requests, or access to a Card benefit or service. Call in here if your card is stolen or lost, too.

Wherever you are: Please notify us if your Corporate Card is lost, stolen or broken by calling customer services on +49 (0)69 9797 1000. We will organize a replacement card for you.

You are able to process bigger amount of transactions via your Corporate Card. If this is not a usual transaction it could happen that you receive a call back from our customer service. We recommend to call the customer service via the phone number on the back of your Corporate Card before pprocessing higher transactions.

American Express Express Cash is a service that enables you to obtain cash easily from ATMs when you go on business trips. It's just what you need to handle small cash expenses, using the same PIN as for transactions. Before Express Cash is enabled on your card, you have to complete a form which is available by contacting the HR Service Center Germany.

Please complete this form an submit for final approval to HR Service Center Germany. Afterwards it might take up to 7 business days until the service is enabled.
